Looking for help for a parent or relative?

Many of the people we support are contacted on their behalf by sons, daughters, carers and other family members. If you are worried about an older relative who may be missing out on benefits they are entitled to — or who is struggling with a complicated form — you can contact us to talk it through.

We can explain what support may be available, what information the application needs, and how we can help your relative complete it. You can also fill in our enquiry form on their behalf — just tick the "on behalf of someone else" option.

Elders with Roots CIC is a Community Interest Company — a regulated social enterprise that exists to benefit the community rather than private shareholders. We help people of State Pension age stay independent, access the support they're entitled to, and improve their quality of life — with a particular focus on reaching those who are socially excluded or from diverse backgrounds, because equality, fairness and inclusion are at the heart of everything we do.
